Abstract In the maritime sector, ship grounding incidents continue to be a serious problem that may lead oil spills, capsizing, severe property damage, and even fatalities. Grounding accidents are currently understood utilizing inadequate statistical datasets, probabilistic scenarios, deterministic computational crashworthiness methodologies due lack of practical tools techniques. The implementation multiphysics assessment techniques is essential for development improved safety standards. This involves use rapid models structural integrity rules damage stability regulations. Taimuri et al., (2022) [1] introduced two-way coupled fluid-structure interaction (FSI) model seeks efficiently examine accidental loads following hard event fulfil such requirement. current study offers an overview algorithm its limitations.
